Timepieces, Luxury & Connectivity. Strategy, Design and High Quality Manufacturing
According to The Economist Intelligence Unit, luxury goods are the most difficult products to manage.
Over the last 16 years I have contributed to developing the product portfolio of more than 15 commercial brands of timepieces, luxury goods and consumer electronics, on behalf of publicly traded companies and SME’s across Belgium, Italy, Switzerland and Sweden.
My experience with coding, industrial design and goldsmithing have given me the opportunity to work at the intersection of crafsmanship and computed aided design. I have build up expertise with manufacturing constraints of precious metals (casting, welding and polishing), metalware (deep drawing, CNC milling, surface finishing and plating) and leather goods.
I also carry out analysis, trends forecast and research on colour, material and finish; and I share some of my observations with a monthly readership of 130,000 persons on Quora.com.
